Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete store operations: Sales, Inventory, HR, and daily MIS.
Drive store targets through effective staff scheduling, motivation, and supervision.
Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth showroom management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Maintain strong client relationships to boost repeat business and loyalty.
Manage product assortment, category planning, displays, and VM standards.
Ensure full compliance with store SOPs and KPIs.
Boost average bill size through cross-selling and suggestive selling.
Prepare sales, market feedback, and expense reports.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Good computer proficiency and ability to work under pressure.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Experience in stock control, store planning, and operational excellence.
