JD : THE RETAIL CLOTHING SALES MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF A CLOTHING RETAIL STORE, MANAGING STAFF, MAINTAINING INVENTORY , EXCELLENTR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : MANAGE DAILY STORE OPERTIONS AND ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING , ACHIEVE MONTHLY AND ANNUAL SALES TRAGETS.

SUPERVISE , TRAIN AND MOTIVATE THE SAES TEAM,

DELIVER EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS,

MONITOR STOCK LEVELS, COORDINATE REPLENISHMENT AND MINIMIZE STOCK LOSSES. ALALYZE SALES REPORT , HANDLING BILLING , CASH MANAGMENT ,

SKILL: STRONG SALESD, NEGOTIATION SKILLS.,

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP , GOOD COMMUNICATION , PROBLEM SOLVING
