Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Ensure stock security and inventory management (stocktakes, shrinkage control).
Oversee POS systems, billing, returns, and repair processes.
Deep understanding of jewellery types (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones).
Familiarity with hallmarking, grading (4 Cs of diamonds), and certifications (GIA, IGI).
Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with marketing for promotions or in-store events.
Forecast demand and manage reordering.
