Assist customers with finding the perfect piece of jewellery, providing expert knowledge on

products, services, and trends

• Achieve personal and team sales goals on a daily and monthly basis

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and store promotions

• Help maintain store appearance by keeping shelves stocked and organized, and completing regular

cleaning duties

• Handle customer questions and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner

• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
