Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to provide an excellent shopping experience, assist customers in selecting products, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

Demonstrate and explain products to customers.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandise.

Assist customers with billing and payment processes.

Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily operations.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Follow company policies and maintain high customer service standards.
