Role Overview:
A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their requirements
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Cross-sell and upsell products
Maintain showroom display and visual merchandising standards
Handle billing and POS operations
Manage stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain customer relationship and collect feedback
Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards
