Role: Customer Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and provide information about Ugaoo products to customers.

• Create a positive customer experience to encourage sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Set up and manage product booths or promotional stands as required.

• Maintain store hygiene and product display standards.

• Report daily sales figures to the City Head.

Store Locations:

Pune:

Koregaon Park, Baner, NIBM, SB Road (Pavillion Mall), Magarpatta (Seasons Mall), Kothrud

Bengaluru:

HSR Layout, Indiranagar, Jayanagar

Mumbai:

Byculla, Andheri, Bandra, Thane

Work Details:

• Store Timings: 10 AM to 10 PM

• Shift Pattern: 2 shifts

• Work Format: 6 days a week

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to understand product details and explain them clearly.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with working in a retail store environment and rotational shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
