Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Salesperson to handle sales and business development for our innerwear and hosiery product line in Central and South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail garments market, dealer network, and customer preferences in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned territories.

 Promote and sell TT Garments’ innerwear and hosiery products to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Ensure product visibility, proper placement, and brand promotion at retail counters.

 Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new business

opportunities.

 Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.

 Conduct regular visits to retail outlets across Central and South Delhi to ensure

consistent sales performance.

 Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, billing, and inventory management.

Requirements

 Experience: 2–5 years in retail sales, preferably in garments, hosiery, or innerwear

sector.

 Strong network and knowledge of Central & South Delhi markets.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

 Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools) for maintaining sales data.
