•Job Summary:•

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team. As a Jewellery Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the perfect piece of jewellery. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store displays, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

•Responsibilities:•

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

- Maintain store displays, visual merchandising, and ensure store cleanliness

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills

•Requirements:•

- Minimum 12th pass (any stream)

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Strong customer service and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
