ales & Customer Service: Actively engaging customers to identify needs, providing product information, and delivering exceptional service to increase conversion rates.
Merchandising & Inventory: Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves. Assisting with inventory tracking and restocking

Operations & Administration: Processing transactions (cash, credit), handling returns, and, in some cases, utilizing CRM systems to track sales.
Performance Targets: Working toward, or exceeding, daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
