Tb12 Technology Services Private Limited in Athwa is hiring a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist several clients in Jewellery field , shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹21000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

• Previous experience in Diamond Retail Sales is a plus

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
