Job Description – Store Floor Associate (SFA)

• Stationed exclusively at the assigned store.

• Engage with customers, provide product demos, and communicate PlayStation offerings.

• Drive store sales and meet assigned targets.

• Promote and increase attach rates for accessories and software.

• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free billing experience for customers.

• Maintain proper product display, stock availability, and POP materials.

• Share regular sales and stock updates with the reporting manager.

• Convert competition users and target PC gamers to experience PlayStation consoles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Retail Sales Experience: Ideally from Gaming or IT (e.g., laptops/gaming laptops), or premium brands like Apple, Bose, Marshall, Sennheiser, Dyson, etc.

• Communication Skills: Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language.

• Retail Background: Experience in large-format retail (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Bajaj Electronics, etc.) as brand/non-brand staff or in company brand stores.

• Gaming Knowledge: Basic understanding of gaming and PlayStation products.

• Sales Capability: Demonstrated ability to sell consumer electronics effectively.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
