Tajara, a premium fashion rental brand, is looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our team at our Laxmi Road, Narayan Peth, Pune store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with styling and garment selection.

• Confidently showcase garments and highlight product features.

• Drive sales by building strong customer relationships.

• Manage product inventory, stock updates, and visual display.

• Maintain the store’s premium look and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year prior experience in retail/fashion sales (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong selling skills with a customer-first approach.

• Well-organized, reliable, and proactive.
