We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, demonstrate products, understand customer needs, and drive in-store sales. The role involves product presentations, handling customer queries and objections, maintaining product displays, assisting with billing and stock coordination, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Customer engagement, product demonstration, sales conversion, customer relationship management, basic retail operations, and coordination with inventory/operations teams.
Requirements: 12th pass/Graduate, strong Hindi & English communication skills, confident personality, customer-handling skills, and basic knowledge of gadgets/consumer electronics. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
