Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with locating products, and resolve minor complaints or inquiries.
Point of Sale (POS): Accurately process cash, credit, and digital transactions, handle returns, and balance the register at shift changes.
Inventory & Stocking: Receive deliveries, restock shelves, ensure accurate price labeling, and monitor for expired goods.
Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, inviting environment by sweeping, dusting, organizing displays, and keeping restrooms or entryways tidy.
Safety & Security: Follow store protocols, secure merchandise to prevent shrinkage, and enforce age-restricted sales policies.
