Job Description:

Greet and assist customers in the store.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well presented.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle billing, cash, and customer queries effectively.

Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with the store manager for stock and inventory updates.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

0–2 years of retail or sales experience (Freshers can also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a retail store environment (rotational shifts).

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
