Job Description

 Greet customers warmly and assist them with queries and product selection.  Provide accurate product information, offers, and store policies.  Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.

 Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.  Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of new launches.  Meet daily/weekly sales targets as assigned.

 Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.  Ensure products are properly displayed, tagged, and replenished.  Participate in stock counting, inward/outward stock checks, and inventory control.  Assist in billing and cashier desk operations as required.
