Position Details

Position: Retail Sales Executive
Locations: Gurugram
Salary: Fixed B/W - ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Working Hours:

• Female: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• Male: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery collections

• Present and demonstrate products, highlighting design, features, and craftsmanship

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Ensure attractive display and proper arrangement of jewellery

• Assist with customer queries, styling suggestions, and service needs

• Coordinate with billing, inventory, and stock management teams
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and engaging personality

• Passion for fashion and a good sense of style

• Customer-focused attitude with jewellery recommendation ability

• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable appearance

• Knowledge of retail sales and daily store operations

• Team player with a positive and professional approach

• Experience in fashion/jewellery retail (preferred but not mandatory)
