Job Description

Drive Sales: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively recommend products to meet or exceed daily/monthly sales targets.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional assistance, answer product-related questions, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure the sales floor is clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing according to company standards. Assist with regular stock counts and replenishing displays.
Transactions & POS: Accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, handle returns, and manage cash drawers.
Lead Generation: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
