This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. An FMCG Retail Sales Executive's job is to drive sales of fast-moving consumer goods within a specific retail territory. They build relationships with retailers, implement sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience in retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
