Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing business dealing in industrial power supplies and LED modules. The ideal candidate will assist customers, explain product features, and support daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable power supplies, LED modules, and related products

Provide basic product information and technical guidance

Maintain product displays and ensure the store is organized

Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions

Manage stock levels and report inventory requirements

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Pack goods and co-ordinate smooth and timely delivery with the courier partner.

Support online or phone inquiries when required

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Previous experience in retail sales or electronics sales preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical or LED products is an advantage

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer knowledge for billing and records

Honest, responsible, and willing to learn

Salary: Competitive salary + incentives based on sales
