Customer Handling & Conversion
Greet and qualify walk-in customers (budget, requirement, urgency)
Understand use-case: residential / commercial / interior project
Convert inquiry → quotation → order
Maintain high conversion ratio (target-driven role)
Product Demonstration
Relationship Building with customer.
Coordination between warehouse - dispatch, fitting partner, delivery and customer for after sales service
