We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Active Tech Furniture Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience while promoting our range of modern and tech-enabled furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
Demonstrate product features, especially tech-enabled furniture (e.g., smart desks, ergonomic chairs, modular setups)
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and trends
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably furniture or electronics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of technology products is an advantage
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good presentation and negotiation skills
