Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and guide them in product selection.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of products, offers, and pricing to promote sales.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.

• Billing and Payments: Handle cash, card, and other modes of payment at the counter (POS).

• Display and Merchandising: Ensure products are well-organized and the store is clean and attractive.

• After-Sales Support: Manage returns, complaints, or feedback with professionalism.
