Retail Sales Executive

Hi Team,

We are currently looking to hire 6–7 Retail Sales Professionals for our airport stores across the following locations:

1. Mumbai Airport – Terminal 1

2. Chennai International Airport – Terminal 2

1. Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24x7 operational environment, including rotational and night shifts.

2. Candidates must have resided at the same address for at least 2 years, as police background verification is mandatory for these roles.

Role: Retail Store Salesperson

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on customer engagement, product recommendations, retail sales, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience. The selected candidates will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Experience in retail sales, with the ability to achieve sales targets.

· Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first approach.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

· An interest in lifestyle, fashion, or design-led products will be an added advantage.

Role Details:

· Experience: 1–10 years

· CTC Range: ₹3 LPA–₹7 LPA, depending on current compensation and interview performance)

· Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 10 days

· Age Criteria: 22–35 years
