Position: Retail Sales Associate / Store Executive

Location: Apple City, Gunjur

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Retail hours

About the Role

We are looking for a enthusiastic, friendly, and patient Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store—helping parents find the right products, engaging with kids to create a fun shopping experience, and ensuring the store stays welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

Warmly greet parents and children as they enter the store.

Assist parents in finding appropriate sizes, styles, products, or toys based on age and developmental stage.

Suggest matching outfits, accessories, or complementary products to boost cross-selling.

Create a welcoming, low-stress environment for children.

2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

Maintain store presentation: fold clothes, arrange shelf displays, and ensure products are properly tagged and priced.

Frequently clean and organize display areas.

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in kids' apparel, toys, or mother/baby care stores is a strong plus).

Personality: High patience, warm demeanor, and genuine comfort interacting with young children.

Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication in Kannada & [English/Hindi].

Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with smartphone/billing POS systems.
