Job Description

We are looking for Retail / Counter Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

· Provide product (Luggage/Bags) demo and accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

· Sell and cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

· Promote sales.

· Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the seniors.

· Stay updated on new products and services.

· Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

· Process transactions and billing.

· Deliver excellent customer service.

· The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 with growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience.

Experience in Luggage/Bags or Footwear Selling

The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory and billing procedures.
