We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail team in Delhi . The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and jewelry, enjoy interacting with customers, and be driven to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their preferences to suggest suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently showcase jewelry collections.

• Ensure the store displays are attractive, organized, and replenished regularly.

• Handle billing, packaging, and assist with daily sales reports.

• Provide excellent after-sales support and build repeat customer relationships.

• Assist in inventory management and stock checks.

• Support team members and contribute to smooth store operations.

💼 Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands).

• Skills: Good communication, confident personality, and strong customer service orientation.

• Passionate about sales and eager to learn.

• Presentable, punctual, and a good team player.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
