🔹 Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our Electronics Appliances store in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent in-store service experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic appliances
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain product display and store presentation
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic store operations
Follow up with customers for repeat sales and references
Support field visits or outdoor sales when required (Bike mandatory)

🔹 Requirements

Experience in retail sales (Electronics preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Billing & MS Excel)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Must own a bike
