Job Description

Customer Consultation: Greet customers, determine their visual needs, and guide them through frame, lens, and coating selections.
Measurements & Fitting: Accurately measure pupillary distance (PD) and frame specifications, and adjust or repair eyeglasses for a perfect physical fit.
Sales & Transactions: Meet or exceed daily and monthly store sales targets, cross-sell add-ons (e.g., blue-blockers, anti-glare), and manage billing via Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Inventory Management: Monitor product stock, place replenishment orders, and inspect incoming prescription orders for quality and accuracy.
Pre-Screening: Assist optometrists with preliminary eye tests, such as retinal imaging or visual field testing.
