Job Description

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Female Retail Sales Executive for a jewellery store located in Sector 54, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and support the sales process.

• Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist with daily store operations and inventory management.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.

• Confident with good interpersonal and selling skills.

• Prior experience in retail sales, jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a confident personality may also apply.

• Must be comfortable working from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
