Position: Retail Store Executive
Role Summary:
The Retail Store Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product availability, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Ensure proper merchandise display, facing, and stock replenishment.
Maintain product availability and monitor stock levels.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and manage expiry-sensitive products.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Support inventory audits and stock verification activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with promoters, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:
