Job Description:

Mishita Enterprises, operating under the brand name Sarvda, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent in-store experience, handling product demonstrations, billing, and supporting overall retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product demonstrations

• Perform billing and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems

• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the store

• Monitor stock levels and inform management of inventory needs

• Handle basic computer operations for billing and stock management

• Support sales efforts by providing accurate product knowledge

• Ensure a smooth and professional customer service experience

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Billing and POS handling experience (preferred)

• Ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales awareness and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to handle store operations independently when required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent

• Prior experience in retail/sales is an advantage but not mandatory

• Training will be provided for suitable candidates

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (7 hours/day)

• Weekly off: [Specify if fixed or rotational]

• Location: [Indirapuram, Ghaziabad]
