To work in retail stores, at events, or in public spaces, and are responsible for demonstrating products, answering questions, and closing sales. And if required, help set up their new products. Skills and Qualities of a Promoter:
• Excellent communication skills:
Promoters must be able to clearly and effectively communicate product information to customers.
• Interpersonal skills:
Building rapport with customers, listening to their needs, and creating a positive experience are crucial.
• Sales skills:
Promoters need to be comfortable with sales techniques, such as approach a potential customer, engage in conversation, persuasion, objection handling and closing deals.
• Enthusiasm and energy:
A positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential for creating a memorable experience for customers.
• Knowledge of products and services:
Promoters need to be knowledgeable about the products or services of MIKO (training will be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
Promoters may need to work independently at events or in retail, but also collaborate with other team members.
