Retail Sales Executive

About the Role:

At MacV, we're looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Retail Sales Executives who can create a great shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store growth.

• Engage with Customers: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products.

• Maximize Sales Opportunities: Upsell and cross-sell products to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT).

• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

• Follow Up on Leads: Connect with potential customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.

• Maintain Store Presentation: Keep product displays organized and ensure the store looks attractive and well-maintained.

• Support Store Operations: Assist with billing, stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory checks.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performance store environment.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and willingness to learn.

• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets.

• Ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
