• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist customers with locating products or services.

• Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the store manager when necessary.

• Schedule appointments or bookings if applicable (e.g., kids play area, banquet, etc.)

• Communicate effectively with sales associates and management to ensure smooth customer experience.

• Ensure the front area is neat, tidy, and well-stocked with promotional material.

• Organize brochures, product displays, or signage.

• Maintain and update booking records and ensure follow up.
