Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

• Provide in-depth knowledge about product features, styling tips, sizes, and fits.

• Drive sales by suggesting complementary items and upselling.

• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure products are properly merchandised.

• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and exchanges.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages.

• Stay updated on latest product launches, fashion trends, and brand promotions.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Support in-store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Follow store policies, health, and safety standards.
