Maintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery.
Understand hallmarking, karat value, gemstone details, and trending designs.
Stay updated with ongoing promotions, new collections, and brand standards.
Ensure accurate billing, tagging, and handling of jewellery.
Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist in daily stock counting and secure handling of valuables.
Support in store events, festive promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Build long-term relationships with loyal customers.
Capture customer data for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow all SOPs related to sales, returns, exchanges, and finance.
Adhere to company standards related to grooming, behaviour, and ethics.
Ensure security protocols and audit compliance at all times.
Minimum: HSC / Graduate (Preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in retail (jewellery experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good product knowledge and sales ability.
Basic computer skills .
