Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with jewellery selection and provide excellent product knowledge.

• Demonstrate features of gold, diamonds, solitaires, and gemstones.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain store displays, counters, and stock arrangement as per VM standards.

• Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales support.

• Ensure compliance with company processes (KYC, documentation, QC, etc.).

• Build strong customer relationships and follow up with repeat clients.

• Support in store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).

• 2 to 5 years of experience in retail; jewellery retail preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, or jewellery products.
