Retail Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. Your main responsibility will be to help customers choose jewellery products, achieve sales targets, and provide an excellent shopping experience.
You should be confident in speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-value sales will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Attend to walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products wherever possible
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers through calls or messages
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation
Identify slow-moving stock and report it to the showroom manager
Keep customer records and sales reports updated
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and showroom procedures
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in jewellery, diamond, luxury retail, or high-value sales preferred
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Good sales and relationship-building ability
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Team player with professional behaviour and grooming
Performance Will Be Measured On

Walk-in to sales conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction and repeat business
Follow-up activity with customers
Quality of showroom merchandising and display
Inventory movement and stock management
