Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our grocery store team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.

• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation.

• Handle billing and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately.

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting at all times.

• Report customer feedback and store performance to the supervisor.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
