Job Description

Customer & Sales

Greet & Assist: Help customers find styles, sizes, and trial rooms.

Drive Sales: Meet daily individual and section sales targets.

Promote Loyalty: Sign up customers for the Rewards/Elite program.

Store Operations

Section Upkeep: Keep assigned sections (Men/Women/Kids) neat and organized.

Replenishment: Move stock from the warehouse to the floor to keep shelves full.

Inventory: Help with barcode tagging, price changes, and stock counting.

Billing: Handle cash and card transactions quickly at the POS counter.

Standards & Service

Visual Merchandising: Maintain displays according to the store’s "plan-o-gram."

Complaint Handling: Resolve issues regarding returns, exchanges, or quality.

Safety: Follow store security protocols to prevent shoplifting or damage.
