About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the heart of our boutique. You will be the friendly face that greets our customers, the expert who helps them find the perfect piece, and the key to creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.

• Assist customers in finding products that fit their style and needs.

• Process transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain the visual standards of the sales floor, including merchandising, restocking, and light cleaning.

• Develop a strong knowledge of our products, brands, and fit.

• Build lasting relationships with our clients to encourage repeat business.

• Help with receiving new shipments and tagging merchandise.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
