Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, compare features, and offer solutions.
Sales & Promotion: Upsell/cross-sell products, inform customers about discounts, and work to meet sales targets.
Transaction Processing: Handle payments, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, create appealing displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
Inventory & Operations: Assist with inventory counts, manage stock levels, and follow loss prevention procedures.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Product knowledge (or ability to learn quickly).
Flexibility with scheduling (weekends/holidays).
Common Duties
Operating cash registers/POS systems, Opening/closing procedures (counting tills), Staying updated on new products and promotions, and Collaborating with team members.
