Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist in product selection

• Provide detailed product knowledge and styling suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Maintain store visual standards, cleanliness, and merchandise displays

• Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel or fashion retail sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude

• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems preferred

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons
