मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

ग्राहकों का स्वागत करें और प्रोडक्ट से जुड़ी पूछताछ और खरीदारी में उनकी मदद करें।

कीमत, विशेषताओं और बिक्री के बाद की सेवाओं के बारे में सही जानकारी दें।

प्रोडक्ट की क्रॉस-सेलिंग करें और ग्राहकों को छूट और ऑफ़र के बारे में बताएँ।

यह पक्का करें कि शेल्फ़/रैक में सामान भरा हो और सामान की वापसी (रिटर्न) को मैनेज करें।

बेहतरीन कस्टमर सर्विस के लिए टीम के साथ तालमेल बिठाएँ और स्टोर मैनेजर के साथ फ़ीडबैक शेयर करें।

नए प्रोडक्ट और सेवाओं के बारे में जानकारी रखें।
