Greet customers and understand their laptop and accessory requirements.
Provide detailed product information, including specifications, features, pricing, and comparisons.
Suggest suitable laptops based on customer needs (gaming, office work, student use, etc.).
Demonstrate product functionalities and guide customers through hands-on experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and promote store offers or new arrivals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and ensure products are well organized.
Update stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
Process billing, payments, and support documentation (invoices, warranty records).
Stay updated on latest laptop models, technologies, and market trends.
