Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Generate sales and actively work on converting walk-in customers into purchases.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and organized.
Stay updated on product features, new launches, offers, and competitor products.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
Support billing, stock checking, product demonstrations, and other store operations as required.
Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and store procedures.
Maintain proper records and support inventory management when required.
