Job Title: Distributor Salesman

Reporting To: Distributor Manager
To drive secondary sales by visiting retail outlets, generating orders, and billing new and existing outlets. The primary KPI is to increase numeric distribution by onboarding new outlets into the distribution network.
Outlet Visits:
Visit a defined number of retail outlets daily as per route plan. Ensure both coverage and frequency are maintained.
New Outlet Activation:
Identify potential retail outlets, explain product portfolio and trade schemes, and successfully generate first orders to convert them into active billing outlets.
Order Booking & Billing:
Collect orders through DMS or order book, coordinate with delivery team, and ensure timely invoicing and fulfillment.
Product Placement:
Ensure availability and visibility of Nestlé products at all active outlets.
Scheme Communication:
Educate retailers about ongoing trade promotions, schemes, and new product launches.
Retailer Relationship:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to encourage regular billing.
Market Feedback:
Gather and report feedback on pricing, competition, product acceptance, and any supply chain issues.
