Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive, customer–focused Retail Store Executive to oversee daily store operations and drive business performance at our TyrePlex retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive retail, excellent people–management skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Customer interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and answer questions about vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
Product knowledge: Explain vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits, and stay current on new products and services.
Sales process: Conduct test drives, negotiate prices and contracts, and help customers complete all necessary paperwork.
Sales and performance: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, and follow up with leads.
Showroom management: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, assist with displays, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers before and after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1+ year of managerial experience in automotive retail, tyre sales, or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of tyres, automotive components, and product applications (preferred).
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong sales acumen and target-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with inventory management, billing systems, and basic financial analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Automotive, or related field).
